TheNBAoffseason has not begun yet and there are still so many rumors swirling.
Some of the biggest stars in the NBA are expected to hit free agency and be on the move.
One player who is expected to be released is Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul.
Paul has been a member of the Suns for the last three seasons and made two All-Star teams in that span.
But his 2022-23 season showed his age.
The 37-year-old averaged a career-low 13.9 points while also shooting 44% from the field.
Paul is known for being one veteran that has never won a championship.
You can be sure he will want to join a championship contender.
Reggie Miller said on the Dan Patrick Show that he would love to see Paul on the Los Angeles Lakers.

Paul will be 38 next season and he is no longer a star player.
He has to be a third or fourth option at best on a winning team.
The biggest issue with Paul as Miller mentioned is that he needs to stay healthy.
Paul has not played a full season since the 2014-15 season.
Also, he seemingly always gets hurt at the worst time.
Getting injured in the playoffs has been a common occurrence in Paul s career.
But the veteran is still a smart player and he can command an offense.
Also, he is best as a distributor in which he has never averaged less than 6.7 assists per game in his career.
Paul may be a shell of himself at this point, but he can still be a solid role player on a contending team.
