In the NFL Draft, the Indianapolis Colts could have scored the biggest coup.
Anthony Richardson is one of the most potential QB prospects in recent memory because to his agility, size, and strength, and the early assessments have been quite positive for Colts Nation.
His physical attributes have even wowed his new comrades.
The highest compliment a quarterback of Richardson’s type could receive was recently made by All-Pro RB Jonathan Taylor, who remarked that Richardson reminds him of Jalen Hurts and Lamar Jackson with Cam Newton’s stature.

Since Michael Vick, Lamar Jackson has been the NFL’s best scrambling quarterback, while Jalen Hurts just completed an MVP-caliber season.
In terms of Cam Newton, it seems like many have forgotten how powerful he was during his heyday, when he was able to use his stature and strength to his advantage to get past the defense and into the end zone.
Richardson demonstrated his arm strength and athletic abilities during his Pro Day, impressing everyone in attendance.
Because of his intriguing performance at the NFL Scouting Combine, scouts decided to ignore some of the early criticism of his play and focus solely on his potential.
Since Andrew Luck made the decision to retire from the game in 2019, the Colts have battled with subpar quarterback performance, and their constant rotation of elderly QBs has only left them disappointed.
Now that Anthony Richardson may not take long to become the next big thing in the league, even Colts non-fans would be persuaded to tune in and watch his show.
